Anita Matas

Director, Administration

Anita has served as a successful executive administrator with over 20 years of progressive hands on experience in customer service management, financial analysis and planning, business administration and project management for entrepreneurial companies.

Anita served as Vice President of Administration and was an integral part of starting up CompCor Distribution, an internationally recognized high performance go kart distributor achieving sales projections of 2 million dollars in its first year. She was responsible for creating and defining positions, policies and procedures, facilities set up and management, international import/export, inventory management, hiring, training, and management of all personnel.

She also served as Manager of Administration with Integrity Systems responsible for creating positions, hiring, training and management of all administrative personnel. She also served as direct support to the executives.

Prior to this, she worked for Franklin Covey (formerly Time Systems) in the time management industry as the Manager of Customer Service responsible for customer service and sales support departments providing service and problem resolution for 250,000 North American corporate clients.

Anita is certified in Ron Willingham’s Managing Goal Achievement® and Celebration! courses. She has donated her time and services to conduct these courses for low income communities and families.
